Job description

Contract Type: Permanent, Term Time Only plus 2 weeks
Working Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday 7.30 - 14.30
Number of Positions: 1 Salary: Grade 4 £24,294 to £25,979
per annum pro rata

We have 6 locations across the City of Manchester and are currently looking to appoint a Catering Manager providing meals off site at Richmond Park in Longsight and to pupils and staff at Mersey Valle Learning Centre in Chorlton, where you will be based which works out at approximately 80 meals a day.

All staff are expected to be willing to work at other sites if operational needs requires it.

This post holder will provide school meals for 2 sites. Manchester Secondary PRU provides education for pupils who have been excluded or are at risk of exclusion from secondary education.

This is a permanent position and requires a reliable, trustworthy hardworking individuals who can work as part of a team and work flexibly to meet the needs of the service.

The successful applicant will need to interact with children with challenging behaviour.
