Job Description
Do you have previous experience in marketing in a hospitality environment? Have you worked in a muti-site environment? Do you have a passion for bringing marketing plans to life for both internal and external stakeholders? If so, we have the opportunity for you!
We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join our busy marketing team supporting Grosvenor Casinos nationwide. We need someone who is a real self-starter, keen to learn new skills and has a passion for giving great service to our internal customers.
As our Marketing Executive, you’ll help ensure we are maximizing revenue from local marketing activities and supporting our 51 venues with easy-to-use frameworks, tools and assets to support and guide them with their local marketing.
You will:
- Create and own a weekly newsletter outlining all marketing initiatives and the support our venues can expect.
- Create tool kits and framework documents which are easy for venues to use to create their local marketing plans.
- Be the first point of contact for all local marketing enquiries from our venues ensuring they receive a timely response
- Work closely with General Managers to support the creation of local marketing assets which drive towards each club’s revenue targets and support the overall marketing calendar and brand strategy.
- Ensure proven tactics are shared and assets are provided and uploaded to PEP so clubs can easily roll out at local level.
- Make sure national plans really land at a local level and the customer experience is optimized. Working with venues and seek feedback on the briefing process and how we can make it seamless for club teams to follow.
- Keep abreast of competitor activity which may impact our market share, create regular reporting back to central marketing and ops teams so they can devise plans to maximise or combat such challenges.
- Treat local club teams as our internal customers and we support quickly and efficiently to maximise their local marketing plans.
- Offer consultancy and resolution to local club marketing enquiries to ensure their needs are fulfilled.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role within a multi-site environment
- Experience of working with and partnering across cross functional teams
- Effective organization and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise work and effectively manage multiple stakeholder requests
- Excellent communication skills, able to deliver in a confident and professional manner
- Passion for creating content that excites with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required to meet business and customer needs
- This is a hybrid role with the expectation of 3 days per week in our Head office in Maidenhead
