Business Unit Overview

The Asset Management business unit delivers a wide range of products and services into all vertical markets across Small, Medium and Enterprise organisations.

Centerprise has recently invested £6m in expanding our operations facility in Caerphilly from 50,000Sqft to 120,000Sqft which is enabling Centerprise to further develop and grow the IT Asset Disposal business.  The ambition is to triple the throughput over the next two years and enhance our offerings further by undertaking refurbishment and further recycling from this facility.  Centerprise are ADISA Standard 8 certified (DIAL 3 with Distinction).

Role Description

Centerprise is looking to appoint a driven and enthusiastic Account Manager to work within the Asset Management business unit.   Whilst there will be an expectation for you to sell the entire Centerprise portfolio of products and services, this role will primarily be focussed on driving sales of our IT Asset Disposal Services.  For this role Centerprise is looking for an individual who has a good knowledge and understanding of the ADISA Standard and accreditation and experience of working within this industry is a pre-requisite.  Good IT hardware knowledge and an understanding of the second user and refurbished market is also essential.

In this capacity the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying net new opportunities within both existing and target customer base developing key relationships with the aim of expanding our share of wallet within these accounts by selling Centerprise’s portfolio of products and services.

 

As an Account Manager you are responsible for:

  • Managing and developing both existing accounts and obtaining new business.
  • Identifying and targeting whitespace through account mapping exercise.
  • Achieving/Exceeding Monthly/Quarterly and Annual Targets/KPIs.
  • Ensuring services are delivered to the customer in accordance with the terms and conditions of the relevant contract.
  • Providing an accurate monthly forecast of revenue and gross margin for your accounts to the Asset Management Business Unit Manager.

 

As with all personnel within the business, the individual will also be required to show:
