We are looking for someone passionate about KILLSTAR through leading our content & influencer marketing teams and ready to learn and grow in a team environment. In this role, you will be working cross-functionally to execute highly visible media initiatives and work as part of our Brighton HQ. Reporting to our Head of Brand Marketing, you will be responsible for leading a small team and sourcing content to support campaigns and promotions, whilst acting as a first point of contact for influencers to collaborate and work with the KILLSTAR Brand. You will be able to raise awareness of the KILLSTAR, whilst actively supporting the growth of our sub-brands, including COVEN and KREEPTURES, to attract new markets and customers. What You’ll Do: - Oversee and manage the Gifted Influencer and Content Influencer programmes, ensuring all strategies align with the KPIs and working with the department to reach the goals for influencer marketing.
- Reporting weekly and / or monthly on the performance of the influencer programmes and any growth.
- Strategise and lead influencer marketing initiatives using codes, UTMs, and other innovative trends within the industry.
- Support and maintain the influencer department, ensuring all members are set up for success and feel supported in their roles. Reporting on the team's performance and progression.
- Work to set budgets, proposing spending that align with the KPIs and goals.
- Managing expenses by tracking and budgeting documents.
- Maintain tracking and costing spreadsheets for Influencers and Paid Affiliates.
- Analysis of the network of influencers we work with regularly, ensuring that the structure and strategy align with the brand ethos and community.
- Propose new creators regularly to increase the content submissions and elevate the content created.
- Lead the influencer strategy for all sub-brands. Proposing new and innovative initiatives and strategies to meet KPIs set for the sub-brands.
- Reporting on all influencer activity the department works on, using analysis to review the activity that has been done and make suggestions for future strategies.
- Grow KILLSTAR, COVEN, and KREEPTURES brand awareness through a network of influencers and creators that align with the brand's ethos, resonate with the core customer, and attract new markets.
- Keep up to date with current trends within the industry and influencer marketing.
- Proposing new initiatives and opportunities for KILLSTAR + the sub-brands influencer marketing efforts.

- Working with highly publicised social media content and talent.
- Working as part of a brand marketing or content team.
- Communicating and liaising with Influencers and Paid Affiliates.

- Managing a small team to achieve our company goals and objectives.
- Working as part of a Marketing Team with an Influencer Program / Initiative.

Work Location and Hours:
This role will be based at our Brighton HQ, United Kingdom. This role will be performed on a hybrid working arrangement, consisting of a minimum of 3 Days per week in the office, and 2 Days working from home.
This role is a full-time position of 37.5 hours, with hours worked between 08:00am – 06:00pm, Monday through to Friday.
