Job Title: Pensions Administrator – Employee Benefits
Location: Birmingham or Bromsgrove, UK
Salary: Up to £28,000

A dynamic and leading provider in the Employee Benefits sector, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pensions Administrator to join their thriving team. With over 400 employees nationwide and a specialised Employee Benefits team of 60, this firm is atthe forefront of delivering outstanding service toclients in the pensions space.

• They operate in a collaborative and supportive environment with a pod-based structure, where consultants lead the pod with dedicated support team members.
• The Employee Benefits (EB) teams are situated in Birmingham and Bromsgrove, focusing on delivering top-notch service toclients.
• With a 95% retention rate, the business values its employees and fosters a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Hybrid working is embraced, allowing a balance of 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. However, for support roles, the emphasise is more office-based work initially.

The Role: As a Pensions Administrator, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting bespoke clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and retaining a bank of Bespoke clients, ensuring all administrative duties are carried out efficiently.
• Liaising with pension providers, The Pensions Regulator, employers, employees, and client advisers.
• Responding to employer/employee queries and identifying opportunities for added value.
• Participating in the implementation of new clients and business for existing clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in a Customer Services role is essential.
• Knowledge and experience in Pensions Administration is desirable.
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Teams, and Outlook.
