Shifts & Pay -£11.20 - £12.15 plus shift premium 27.5% / 4 on 4 off days and nights 6 - 6

As the chosen candidate, you'll be tasked with supporting operations in the Cleanroom, ensuring precise lay-up of pre-impregnated glass/carbon materials into mold tools. Joining an established team, your adeptness and attention to detail are paramount.
Reporting directly to the Cleanroom Supervisor, your main duties will include -
- Assisting in the production of Composite Aerospace components within the Cleanroom, benefiting from the guidance of experienced operators to further your skills.
- Innovating layup techniques to enhance adaptability across all Cleanroom products.
- Striving to complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes to facilitate progression within salary bands.
- Adhering to all health and safety protocols within the Cleanroom and the broader organisation.
- Maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and upkeep of both personal workspace and the wider Cleanroom area.
Qualification/Training requirements:
- Manufacturing experience is desirable but not a requirement.
