Job description

Skills, qualities, and experience required:

• Ideally you will hold an NVQ / SVQ 3 or a QCF level 3 award certificate or diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent OR be willing to work towards 
• Team Leader / supervisory experience within a care setting.
• A passion for working within Social Care with empathy and understanding of those living with learning and physical disabilities.
• Be a team player who can deliver and promote person-centred care and support.
• Reliability and flexibility.
