The Firm
I am currently supporting a global law firm on their search for a Talent Acquisition Analyst to join their team
Develop, maintain and manage end to end recruitment reporting and analytics, tracking key metrics, and producing regular dashboards and insights to assess overall Talent Acquisition performance.
Responsible for the delivery of ED&I reporting requiring advanced excel knowledge.
Highlighting key trends and insights to shape both hiring approaches and support external certifications.
Support with ad-hoc reporting requests within Talent Acquisition and across the wider TA team when required.
Support the recruiting team with direct sourcing and building talent pools
The Role
Perfect for someone with strong analytical, resourcing, and communication skills.
You will be supporting the HR team by assisting with the administration for the full employee life cycle such as onboarding and processing leavers
What Do You Need?
Experience working in an analytical/reporting role within a recruitment/TA function would be beneficial
Proficient in excel including advanced functions such as: PivotTables, VLOOOKUP, and data manipulation techniques
You need to have a high level of attention to detail, be self motivated and a true people person.
