We are excited to share this opportunity for a passionate and servant-hearted person. Grace Church Milton Keynes is seeking to appoint someone to work alongside our Lead Pastor to help us increasingly thrive as a healthy and fruitful church.

You will be responsible for:

• identifying and implementing ministries to help realise the church’s vision and culture
• leadership support: working with volunteers to raise up and release many leaders across the church
• working with ministry leaders to ensure the smooth running of Sunday services
• several church ministries
• working with volunteers to provide pastoral care
• ensuring our evangelism is as effective as possible
• working in areas of social action
• encouraging discipleship and growth in believers’ lives
• strategic input to key events and activities
• welcome and integration of new attendees into the Grace Church family
• preaching, teaching and hosting meetings- in line with gifting, anointing and calling

Location: Grace Church Milton Keynes offices, Sunday venue (Chrysalis Theatre) and areas of ministry around Milton Keynes

Pay:  Salary range is dependent on experience between £27,500 and £38,900 per annum plus NI and pension contributions and expenses.
