Job Title: Production Operative

This exciting opportunity offers competitive pay rates ranging from £400.00 to £450.00 per week.

As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining quality standards. Your attention to detail, strong work ethic, and commitment to meeting deadlines will be instrumental in supporting the ongoing success of our client's production department.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Operating and maintaining machinery and equipment to assist in the production process.
2. Carrying out visual inspections and quality checks on finished products.
3. Assembling, packaging, and labeling products according to the given specifications.
4. Following health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
5. Adhering to production schedules and meeting production targets.
6. Assisting in inventory management, including stock replenishment and stocktaking.
7. Reporting any faults, defects, or malfunctions in machinery promptly.
8. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications Required:
1. Previous experience in a similar role within the Industrial industry is advantageous but not essential.
2. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
3. Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
4. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
5. Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.
6. Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
7. Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and overtime if required.

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday - 08:00 - 16:30 and Friday 08:30 - 15:30
