Job description
Part of the Panaz group portfolio;Chase Erwin a leading global brand specialising in luxury interior textiles which are specified in some of the worlds most beautiful houses yachts hotels and theatres.
We are looking for a talented Customer Service Administrator to join our established team at our Panaz HQ in Burnley BB11 5ST to deliver an outstanding level of service for our Chase Erwin customers.
The role will include
- Ensuring customer orders are prepared and dispatched.
- Issuing export documentation per specific country.
- Handling various customer enquiries
- Ensuring accurate account maintenance including setting up new customer accounts.
- Monitoring outstanding orders pro forma and timely payments.
- Placing purchase orders.
For this role you will need to be.
- Experienced within a similar customer service role.
- Able to process export documentation for deliveries worldwide.
- Organised and detail orientated.
- Confident and polite on phone and email.
- Able to learn and understand a wide portfolio of luxury fabrics (training provided).
- Willing to travel on a very occasional basis to our London Showroom for training and team contact.
- Able to show good initiative judgement and problemsolving skills.
