Responsibilities

• Booking sales appointments for the field sales team
• Making outbound cold calls in order to generate new business
• Making outbound calls to existing customers to sell additional products.
• Manage selected client base
• Up selling to existing, new and lapsed customers
• Account management of clients and maintaining data on system
• Offer promotional items
• Problem solving
• Client reports Keeping the sales manager informed
