Examinations Administrator
37 hours per Week / 52 weeks per year
Salary £22,991 Actual
As an Examinations administrator at Newbury College, you will play a crucial role in assisting the examinations officer in ensuring the smooth administration of the college’s examinations procedures. You will provide an efficient and helpful service to students and staff in all matters related to awarding body registrations, examinations and certification in accordance with awarding body and College policies.
The Successful candidate will have
Level 2 Maths / English
Confident use of Microsoft Office
Experience of working with databases and completing data entry and reporting activities
Excellent administrative experience (Minimum of 3+ Years in a similar environment) It would be beneficial to have
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Customer service or Business Administration
Experience of working in an examinations related role within an educational environment
Experience of working with examination bodies within the FE environment
