What You’ll Be Doing:
- As a ContentCreatoratBuy It Direct, you will be responsible for developing and executing our content strategy to align with our business goals. Your role will encompass a wide range of tasks to enhance our online presence and engage our audience across various marketing channels.
- Here's what you'll be doing:
- Create and deliver marketing campaigns across all channels, including web, point of sale, social media, and other platforms.
- Generate visually compelling content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Write persuasive copy for various campaigns, audiences, and channels.
- Analyse, report, and respond to website metrics, social media analytics, and SEO metrics to improve performance.
- Produce high-quality, engaging content for the website, social media, email, blogs, campaigns, and other marketing channels.
- Collaborateand influence stakeholders, working withthewidermarketing team to develop a content strategy that aligns with business objectives.
- Write user-focused and SEO-optimized copy to meet commercial goals.
- Develop social media content and campaigns, able to react to changing priorities in a fast paced and commercially driven environment.
- Monitor web and social media analytics data to track user engagement, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize content performance (e.g., GA4 and Google Search Console).
- Create and edit video and photo content that is on-brand and relevant to our audience.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelinesandtone of voice.
Your Experience:
- Experience in content creation and copywriting in a similar role, ideally in a commercially driven retail or product environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent knowledge of SEO and familiarity with relevant tools, including Google Analytics and Search Console.
- A deep understanding of communication and marketing channels.
- A proven record in creating and implementing social media plans with experience in managing and scheduling content for social channels such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Experience using a variety of analytical tools with the ability to interpret data to make commercial decisions and drive performance.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Experience in content management systems (CMS) an advantage, alongside some HTML knowledge.
- Previous experience in photography and video editing tools is an advantage.
