Position: People Director As the People Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's talent strategy and driving HR initiatives to support our growth and success. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet the company's staffing needs.
- Oversee all aspects of the HR function, including employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR compliance.
- Partner with department heads to identify workforce needs and devise plans to address skill gaps and talent shortages.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in HR leadership roles, with a strong background in recruitment and talent management.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results and support organizational growth.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and solve complex problems.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
