DIGITAL QA ANALYST

CONTRACT- 3 MONTHS

READING/HOME

We have an opportunity for a Digital QA Analyst to join our busy Team.

Digital QA Analyst responsibilities include:

• Ensure adherence to quality guidelines throughout the project lifecycle, emphasizing accessibility, compatibility, and approved practices.
• Review project documentation, including Business Requirements Specifications, Technical briefs, designs, and wireframes, from a quality perspective.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to define acceptance criteria, clarify scope, and develop test plans and cases.
• Engage with Scrum teams, Product Owners, Developers, Content Creators, Project Managers, and Test Environment managers to review acceptance criteria.
• Conduct test execution using Static, Integration, System, and Acceptance testing techniques.
• Provide testing progress updates to the QA Manager and Agile teams.
• Analyze and resolve issues found in testing, collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with various functions within the Digital team and challenge other teams outside the online team.
• Support BDP projects, BRT team, and the overall test community within Three as needed.
• Execute Post Implementation testing, potentially during unsocial hours, to verify the success of deployed changes.
• Collaborate on short, medium, and long-term objectives with colleagues and the QA manager.
• Identify opportunities to improve ways of working.
• Work closely with 3rd party partners, managing offshore resources, 3rd party testing services, and tools.

The successful Digital QA Analyst will have:

• Strong testing experience across web, mobiles, tablets, and other devices.
• Specific application knowledge - Adobe Suite, particularly AEM, JIRA.
• Automation skills or a desire to progress with Automation.
• App testing experience.
• Specific software and programming knowledge - HTML, Java.
• Knowledge of computing terms, operating systems, IP addresses, and web servers.
