Job description
Driver Hire Edinburgh City are looking for Van drivers to start immediately for our clients based in Edinburgh.
As a Van Driver you must:
- Have Category B Licence
- Have less than 9 points on your licence
- Have 1 Year + commercial Van driving experience
- Be comfortable with some lifting (Loading / Unloading)
Successful Van Drivers can expect:
- Monday – Friday: £11.00 PAYE
- Overtime after 8hrs: £14.66 PAYE
- Ad hoc shifts – fit around other requirements
- Agency work – various other companies you can work with, great for CV building.
- Holiday accrual with every shift
- Weekly Pay
- 8hr minimum guaranteed pay per day
Sectors include, but not limited to;
- Car part deliveries
- Deliveries for builders/plumbing merchants
- Deliveries of electrical/mechanical parts
- Furniture removals
- Deliveries for gas merchants
- Pharmacy deliveries
This position is commutable from Leith, Dalkeith, East Lothian, and other areas nearby to Edinburgh.
