HSQE Manager
Location: Leeds with Hybrid / Site Working
Salary / Package: £55,000 - £65,000 negotiable dependant on expereince plus car allowance and package
Summary
A fast growing Railway company who work in partnership with major TOC/FOC/ROSCO & Plant operating companies, to deliver flexible facilities and vehicle maintenance and servicing solutions from train presentation facilities to flexible and innovative heavy overhaul capabilities is looking to hire an experienced Health & Safety Manager to support their works on a number of rail depot across the UK.
This would suit an established HSQE manager who wants to build a department with a view to becoming a HSQE Director in a few years time
Main Duties
Providing HSQE support to Rail Sector projects
Building and managing a team
Assist in the development of related documentation including CPP, WPP, TBS, RAMS
Management of internal audits and site inspections
Receive, review and disseminate HSQE information
Maintain liaison with Clients on issue
External audits
Advising senior management team on compliance and conformance requirements and issues • Lead on accident and incident investigation and reporting
Essential Requirements
Significant Field based HSQE management expereince in the railway sector
Experience in the Rail Industry
NEBOSH General Certificate
A sound knowledge ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001
Ability to adapt ideas and approaches to suit changing priorities or solutions
Well organised, diplomatic, proactive, assertive and well-disciplined
NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent level H&S qualification
CMIOSH (Desirable)
Lead Auditor
IEMA/CQI membership (Desirbale)
CSCS
PTS
