Position: Experienced Autism Support Worker
Location: Rochdale

About the Role:
In this role, you will be instrumental in providing crucial support to a young non-verbal individual with Autism, currently in Year 2. Your primary responsibilities will include implementing effective speech and language interventions tailored to the unique needs of non-verbal autism. Personal care may also be required, making your role pivotal in creating a positive and inclusive environment for the young individual.

Requirements:

Proven experience working with young people with non-verbal autism.
Expertise in running speech and language interventions.
Understanding of the developmental needs and challenges of children in Year 2.
Compassionate and patient approach to providing holistic support.
Availability for a full-time role.
