Salary: £110 - £230 per day

Are you a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher looking for a new opportunity? Look no further! Our secondary schools in Wickford are seeking versatile individuals to join our team as SEN Teachers, starting this Easter.
About the Role: As a SEN Teacher, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) within our schools. You will deliver tailored lessons and interventions, adapting your teaching strategies to meet the individual needs and abilities of each student. With your expertise in SEN education, you will empower students to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities: - Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students with SEN
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, delivering targeted interventions and support programs
- Collaborate with teaching assistants and external professionals to create individualized support plans for students with SEN
- Monitor student progress and development, regularly assessing and evaluating their needs and adjusting support strategies accordingly
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and carers, promoting effective communication and collaboration
Requirements: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification in SEN education
- Previous experience working with students with SEN in a secondary school setting
- Strong understanding of different SEN conditions and effective strategies for supporting students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/carers
- Dedication to promoting inclusion and equality in education
