Job description
- Provide fundamental technical support in infrastructure services, including installation, maintenance, and patching of RHEL6/7/8 systems, and managing firewall rules.
- Collaborate with the team on infrastructure projects and tasks, actively contributing to their execution and gaining hands-on experience.
- Assist in monitoring and conducting basic troubleshooting of infrastructure systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Work closely with colleagues to address infrastructure needs and support daily operations effectively.
- Contribute to the development of infrastructure documentation, such as incident logs and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Demonstrate eagerness to learn and excel in a technical role, proactively seeking opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Develop foundational technical skills and knowledge in RHEL systems administration and related technologies.
- Adhere to established best practices and standards in delivering infrastructure services, maintaining high-quality standards.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in the industry, with at least 1 year in a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience in infrastructure technology analysis, with proficiency in RHEL6/7/8 installation, maintenance, and patching.
- Strong analytical skills and a basic understanding of technical concepts related to systems administration.
- Commitment to continuous learning, staying updated with industry knowledge and technological advancements.
Other Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
- Possession of relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, or Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals is a plus.
