Job Description
- Oversee and proactively manage the CEO's diary to ensure no clashes, time being blocked away from meetings, creating space between meetings etc.
- Front of House duties; answering the phone, greeting guests/
- Expense management
- Some HR; supporting the smooth running of HR within the company; e.g. Holidays.
- Provision of personal assistance to the team, including diary management and meeting coordination.
- Manage office operations, ensuring a productive and organised work environment.
- Handle internal and external communication, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Oversee administrative tasks, including document preparation and management.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth business operations.
- Manage supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Adhere to company policies, contributing to the overall business objectives of the financial services department.
- Supporting the wider team with administration and travel.
The Successful Applicant
A successful PA/Office Manager should have:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other office management software.
- An understanding of office management systems and procedures.
- 2-3 years experience being a PA.
- Proactive can do attitude.
- Likes a quieter work environment.
