Müller Yogurt & Desserts which is the UK's leading yogurt manufacturer which aims to create millions more Müller moments for its consumers. It is responsible for major brands like Müller Corner, Müllerlight, Müller Bliss, Müller Rice, FRijj and Müller Kefir Smoothie and produces chilled desserts under licence from Mondelez International. It also supplies the UK private label yogurt market from a dedicated, state of the art yogurt facility. We're currently looking for a Marketing Data & Analytics Manager to join our headoffice in Market Drayton. As Senior Data Analytics Manager, you will lead the company's data transformation and performance effectiveness program, which will help to ensure the business has the best understanding of the markets and segments we operate in and can more easily & quickly make the most informed, data led decisions both from a strategic and tactical perspective. The role offers the right person the opportunity, freedom and autonomy to develop both themselves and the role into a world class data management, visualisation and performance effectiveness hub, helping to grow some of the country's biggest, most loved and well supported brands. Key Responsibilities: Lead the transformation of the regular business reporting cycle to a highly visual, interactive, intuitive dashboarding system to enable just in time business understanding and decision making to take place. Taking the business on a journey of creating & designing the reporting of core data performance and drivers KPIs through to a suite of multi-dimensional brand and business KPIs encompassing several internal and external data sources enabling a one touch 360 degree situational analysis to help with the immediate generation of data led insights. Play a leading role in the understanding of brand effectiveness, demonstrating through a high level of data analysis the impact of the decisions made by our brands and our competitors brands. This will include understanding the reasons for in market brand performance and the effectiveness of creative work & media choices with clear recommendations as to how to improve future performance. Explore & recommend to the business advanced data led analytical techniques / models to help ensure we get to and then stay at the fore front of the most effective and efficient ways of understanding our brands performances and the investment decisions made with multi-million £ brand budgets. Support the the annual strategic planning process to understand where Muller should play from a strategic perspective. This will involve working closely with the strategy director and leadership team. Manage effectively several data agency partnerships to ensure that the collaborations we have help us make the most efficient decisions in the most timely manner. These include ownership for & the development of the strategic partnership with market data suppliers Kantar & IRI, as well as other qualitative and quantitative research partners. Effective management of the multi-million data budget would be required. Work closely with the Insight managers to ensure that all insights generated are routed in category & brand fundamentals. Skills and Experience Required: Good knowledge of visualisation tools (Power BI/Tableau) Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation Highly analytical Excellent presentation skills Ability to identify insights from large data sets Experience of using Nielsen/IRI & Kantar data & systems. Knowledge of statistical modelling packages (eg SPSS) - Desirable but not essential #LI-MB1 #LI-hybrid
