Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Daily Nanny to join their family to look after their 7 month old daughter as both parents are returning to work full time in the summer. They have had a maternity nurse for the past few weeks but this will be their first time having a Nanny. They ideally would like the Nanny to start in July but can be flexible for an earlier start at the end of April. The home is located near a train station and a short walk from the nearest tube station.

Salary and hours:

50 hours = £52,000 to £59,800 gross per annum
55 hours = £57,200 to £65.780 gross per annum

General duties:

• Nursery duties
• Weaning and potty training
• Age appropriate activities
• Take to classes/activities
• Take outdoors to parks/playgrounds
• Keeping the child in good routines
• Putting down for naps
• Feeding and cooking for the child
• Sterilising bottles and making sure the childs room and play areas are clean and tidy

Candidate requirements:

• Experience of looking after a child of similar age
• Italian speaking would be a big bonus
• Someone looking to be with a family long term (min 2 years)
• Someone loving, kind but also firm but fair
• Easy going and work well with parents
• Good experience understanding the developmental stages of a child
• Pet friendly – family have 2 cats
• Travel with the family – up to 2 weeks at a time a few times per year

DBS check required at offer stage & and a current First Aid Certificate
