Our Fraud Recoveries team at DWF are currently hiring for a Paralegal .

The Fraud team act for a significant number of well known UK Insurers seeking to recover payments where a third party policy holder is ultimately responsible for the incurred loss.
Cases are progressed through the courts and team members will receive full training and experience of all aspects of a case from letters of claim, through to trials, judgements and subsequent enforcement.
The vacancy has arisen due to an increasing workload and we are seeking applications from candidates with strong academics at degree level and above and/or relevant experience in insurance, insurance fraud or motor fraud. We will consider candidates who have completed an LPC elective in insurance or personal injury law.
An ideal candidate for the role will demonstrate a real interest in insurance fraud work or, have previous experience in Insurance Fraud, Motor, Ministry of Justice (MOJ), Portal or Personal Injury. Who is a team player with strong communication skills and attention to detail. We are also looking for a candidate who is familiar with working in a commercial environment.
