Managing Associate in Dispute Resolution

Guernsey, Channel Islands

£110,000 - £135,000 (20% Tax)

Working closely with the firm's corporate, funds and private client teams, the dispute resolution practice represents clients in trusts, commercial dispute and insolvency situations, with further expertise in regulatory and proceeds of crime work. There is now an exciting role for a managing associate to join the ranks and become part of this fantastic group, offering the ultimate career development.

Our client is widely known for its coverage of the funds, banking and finance, corporate commercial, disputes and commercial property spaces, and they are hugely robust and successful.

This is one of the largest offshore teams and they provide advice on technical, strategic and procedural aspects of contentious commercial issues. This role will require someone to take a leading role in this growing practice and flourish in the fast pace environment.

Applications are invited from candidates with at least 7 years PQE having worked in a reputable disputes team, with a top academic profile.

This is an exciting opportunity and senior level role for a managing associate to move into a global firm, based offshore in the Guernsey office. The salary and benefits package for UK and common law qualified lawyers is competitive!
