As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in providing dedicated support to a specific student, ensuring they receive the assistance needed for academic and personal development. Your responsibilities will include working closely with the classroom teacher, implementing individualised education plans, and fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.

Position: 1:1 Teaching Assistant
Location: Basildon
Salary Scale: £75-£100
Contract Type: Full-time Responsibilities: - As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant you will provide one-to-one support to a specific student.
- Implement individualised education plans in collaboration with the classroom teacher.
- As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant you will foster a positive and supportive relationship with the student to promote well-being and engagement.
- Assist in monitoring and tracking the student's progress, providing feedback to the teacher and parents as needed.
- As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant you will collaborate with other professionals to ensure a holistic support system.
Qualifications and Skills: - Relevant qualifications or training in education or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting student success.
- Initiative and a willingness to collaborate with the teaching team.
