Job description
We are excited to be working with a highly successful branding and creative communications agency who are looking for an outgoing and strategically minded creative Senior Designer to join their growing team.
This is a tight-knit, fun and highly ambitious agency with huge global clients who are seeking a smart, upbeat designer, with proven all-round industry experience; someone who loves to solve problems and has a fantastic eye for well-crafted design that is underpinned by substance and strategy.
You will play a pivotal role within the design team, supporting the Creative Director with key design projects grounded in creative strategy, as well as mentoring junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Help to drive design excellence
- Support on creative strategy
- Work closely with the wider agency on creative output
- Support team on pitches and presentations
- Use commerciality in all decisions
Experience
- Proven senior design-level experience in an agency environment
- An all-rounder who has experience in a variety of design disciplines
- Corporate branding experience is preferred (b2b)
- High level of campaign experience
- Experience in mentoring and leading junior team members
