Responsibilities:
As a Junior Surveyor, you will assist in the management and optimisation of a diverse property portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing support in property acquisitions, disposals, and negotiations.
- Conducting research and feasibility studies to identify growth opportunities.
- Assisting in the implementation of strategies to enhance property value and maximize returns.
- Supporting in monitoring asset performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Assisting in the development and execution of asset management plans.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to align asset goals with business objectives.
- Supporting in the day-to-day operations of properties, including lease renewals and compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field desired.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
