Overview of the role

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist to lead our team in the friendly market town of Northallerton, North Yorkshire. 

The community pharmacy delivers around 10,000 items per month and its services include NMS and Hypertension.

The team is made up of three Pharmacy Colleagues and we are currently recruiting for another. They are all exceptionally hard-working individuals with an excellent work ethic and attention to detail.

You will be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager, headed by a Regional Operations Manager. Your AOM will support you through structured store visits. Your AOM will also support you in delivering company initiatives and KPI’s.

The successful candidate will work 4 days per week and the occasional Saturday

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is required for this opportunity.

You'll be focused on leading your team to deliver the best community pharmacy experience for your patients and customers.

You'll be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.

You’ll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits
