Position  Wellbeing Co-ordinator 

Location Flexible working - Newcastle & North Tyneside

Salary £25,664 + excellent benefits

Hours  35 hours per week (flexible working)

Status Fixed term to 31 March 2025

Closing date 14 March 2024

Are you a passionate person who aspires to build positive relationships, inspire positive change, and make a real difference in lifting people out of poverty? 

The successful candidate will be working on our Relational Mentoring service across Newcastle and North Tyneside and play a key role in our enterprise. As a Wellbeing Co-Ordinator, you will develop and organise a range of activities and services to support customer engagement and improve their social inclusion and overall wellbeing to include social activities, community-based group activities and physical activity groups to improve physical health. 

You will have the ability to engage with mentors and customers, communicate with passion, kindness and support the partnership to deliver on operational objectives and engage with the hardest to reach customers. Being able to work collaboratively across multiple streams is a must for this role. 

You will also be effective with the use of technology and key software packages such as CRM systems and MS Office 365. If this sounds like you, and you would like to know more, we would love to hear from you.
