Senior Ruby Developer – Anywhere in Europe (Ruby on Rails)
Senior Ruby engineer required for a super exciting Ed-Tech start-up, looking for someone with at least 4 years’ experience in a ruby developer role to join a top tier experienced ruby engineering team. In the role you will play an essential part of creating a brand-new app as well as marketing tools to add to their current arsenal of ruby products. As a senior ruby developer, you will play a crucial part in helping to shape and grow the platform above the already 1,000,000 users. You will work closely with the ruby engineer team, designing and building new features from scratch and taking ownership over your tasks within the team.
Senior Ruby on Rails Developer required skills: - Strong Ruby (and Rails) development skills at a production level
- Experience in SQL and NoSQL Databases
- Proficiency with Unit Tests and QA Testing Tools
- Experience in working remotely
Nice to haves: - Experience with Elasticsearch
- Experience with automation tools
- Experience with RSpec, MySQL, Redis
