As our client continues to expand, we are seeking an organised Service Coordinator to join them to manage and coordinate Field Service Engineers for Maintenance, Service and Installation.
This role would suit someone with 3 to 5 years + experience in a similar role in an Engineering or Manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Field Service Coordinator will oversee the entire installation process, from resource planning to post-project review, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with Field Service Engineers for machinery installations and maintenance, coordinate schedules and resources effectively
- Manage each installation as a project from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Continually evaluate processes and procedures, suggesting methods to improve area operations, efficiency, and service to customers.
- Liaise with customers regarding service schedules, updates, and any issues or concerns that arise during installations.
Key Attributes:
- 3 to 5 years + experience in a similar role coordinating Field Service Engineers and projects ensuring field service interventions meet high quality standards
- Highly organised individual to use initiative on where to send Field Service Engineers in relation to Geographical area and Engineer's specialisms
