In this role, you will work closely with teaching staff and other professionals to develop and implement tailored support plans, adapting your approach to meet the individual needs of each student. Whether you're providing one-on-one assistance, facilitating group activities, or helping with personal care, your role is essential in promoting students' independence and fostering their academic and social development.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide individualised support to students with complex needs
- Assist with personal care, mobility, and sensory needs as required

Requirements: - Previous experience working with individuals with complex needs preferred
