Clinical Coding Officer- 6 months -Full time - Remote - Immediate Start

What the Clinical Coding Officer will be doing
The ideal Clinical Coding Officer will be responsible for
* Coding cases by analysing and abstracting highly confidential information from electronic clinical records.
* Prioritising the order to which complex diagnostic and procedural coding appear to ensure maximum financial income to the Trust
* Working to timescales and deadlines
* Assist in the mentoring and development of novice and trainee coders
What the successful Clinical will bring to the team
This role is suitable for someone who has:
* A National Clinical Coding Qualification
* In depth knowledge of ICD-10 and OPCS
* Effective organisation and time management skills
