You will be teaching within the SEN unit of this popular mainstream primary school in Kingston upon Thames. The school are proud to be in the top 1% nationally for reading, writing and maths. The school have two Specialist Resource Provisions, and you will be based in the one for children with Autism. This 'Good' OFSTED rated school is a very short walk from a train station.

The Role - SEN Primary Teacher

In this role as an SEN Primary Teacher, you will be teaching the children in the ASD Specialist Resource Provision through structured and informal play-based means. The school follow the principals of TEACCH. You must have taught SEN children at primary level for at least a year in order to undertake this role.
