SEN Teacher – Burgess Hill – June 2024

Role and Responsibilities of a SEN Teacher:
As an SEN Teacher, you will play a crucial role in tailoring educational strategies to meet the unique needs of students with special educational needs. Your responsibilities will include:
* Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs).
* Creating a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
* Collaborating with parents, support staff, and other educators to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
* Using creative and innovative teaching methods to engage students with diverse learning styles.
Requirements needed to become a SEN Teacher:
* Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
* Passion for making a difference in the lives of students with SEN.
* Provide details for us to complete reference checks prior to employment
* You will require to pass a DBS check with no reprimands (we can assist you with this)
* You will have relevant teaching qualifications (teaching degree with QTS or equivalent)
