My client are on the look out for a Quality Engineer who has experience in focusing on corrective actions and process improvements through the manufacturing process. The role will be heavily driven by excel data, the on-site ERP system, and NCR investigation outcomes. The successful candidate will be able to identify root causes, recommend corrective actions, implement, and coordinate these actions, and identify opportunities to read across to similar parts and process. - Being proactive with quality, working with manufacturing and trying to reduce quality issues occurring in the future
- Participate in the walk the floor routine and develop a stand-alone walk the floor routine specific to the QE role
- Exposure to production environments.
- Continuous improvement experience. (Process improvements).
Quality Engineer Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications - Strong quality engineering experience within a highly regulated industry
- Well-versed carrying out a range of product quality activities (root cause analysis/8D’s, dealing with non-conformances, problem solving)
