Job description

We have an opportunity available for a Registered Service Manager to run and lead a new team at our brand new Community Supported Living Service Invanhoe, based in Rotherham, S66 9EF.

Salary £36,378 per annum working 35 hours per week which will include some time on shift.

The 24 hour CQC registered service will be home to 3 adults living with mental health, learning disabilities and autism diagnosis and is due to open in April 2024. The team will provide various support to ensure the service users can live as independently as possible, engage with the local community and help them to engage in an active life, retain personal autonomy, social identity, meaning and purpose to achieve a positive sense of self.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Candidates must have a Level 4 (or equivalent) Diploma in health & social care (or the willingness to work towards in an agreed time- frame) and have previous experience of leading a team in a similar care setting. A full driving licence and access to own transport is essential as the role will be responsible for a 2nd site in time.

Whilst skills are important, our main priority for any new colleague is to find people who share similar values and attitudes to our own.
