Your new role
As a Site Manager with us you will lead the operational team on the project. You will work with the Contract Managers and Directors, direct labour, and subcontractors to meet budgetary and quality targets in a timely manner. All this delivered within a safe working environment and focused on quality delivery throughout the build.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to successfully fulfil the role of Site Manager with us, strong communication skills (written, verbal and IT) are required. Also being able to demonstrate the capability of leading operational teams to deliver projects on time and to a high standard whilst adhering to health & safety legislation. Must have experience working on Residential Developments, social housing experience would be a bonus.
