Key Responsibilities: •Ensuring thorough management of all risks in accordance with company policies and procedures.
•Effectively communicating daily plans with the team to ensure smooth operations.
•Generating accurate reports and documentation to track the progress of young individuals through our efficient paperless systems and tools.
•Reviewing and updating care plans and related documentation for young people as needed.
•Engaging in comprehensive and specialized training sessions to uphold the highest standards of care.
Essential Requirements: •Possession of a full manual driving license.
•Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification.
•Willingness to participate in further continuing professional development to support the evolving needs of our young people.
•Demonstrated passion and commitment to supporting children and young people.
•Ability to actively contribute as a member of our progressive and dedicated team.
