The role

In a dynamic produce environment, the Head of Technical will ensure compliance with customer and regulatory standards, enforce company rules and procedures, and provide support to the Technical Director. The role involves coordinating the technical team, leading industry compliance, engaging with retail partners, and supporting sustainability initiatives.

Key Requirements:

Experience: Ideally, you will have fresh produce experience, but candidates from a food manufacturing background are also encouraged to apply.

Retail Experience: Proven experience working with the top 5 retailers is essential.

Relationship Building: Ability to build strong working relationships both internally and externally.
