The successful Sales Development Manager will have at least 2 years field sales experience

This is a varied, hands-on role, working shoulder to shoulder with Franchisees, you will support them to develop new and existing business opportunities, contribute to local sales meetings and new product launches.

To be successful in this role of Sales Development Manager we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:

• Have two years in field sales experience
• Possess a passion for getting the best out of others through coaching, developing and motivating
• Bring a can-do, positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop * Enjoy being outdoors and working in a field based role
• Be practical and hands-on
• Be based within the Midlands
• Be used to regular overnight stays away from home
