NYX Hotels, part of the Leonardo Hotels (formerly Jurys Inn) brand, is arriving in Ireland! Our luxury lifestyle hotel is located right where it’s all happening; in Dublin’s city centre on the Grand Canal at Portobello Harbour. The newly-built hotel offers a stylish restaurant, chic bar, state of the art gym and 175 stunningly-curated bedrooms.

As a Sous Chef, you’ll be the backbone of the team as you’ll be working with the Head Chef to inspire and motivate the team, ensuring that all guests have memorable experiences with us. Take a deep breath because you’ll be stepping into a busy role! You’ll be an inspirational leader within the kitchen and passionate about developing those around you, creating the kitchen you want to lead and working with the Head Chef to provide an amazing service to our guests.
