Job description
We currently have vacancies for Community Care Supervisors to work across Deal and Dover.
To carry out risk assessments & completing care plans
Supervise care staff including observations and medication competencies
Service user reviews & quality assurance visits
Attending Service user meetings and liaising with health care professionals
Care work including personal care, medication, shopping, choices and decisions, social inclusion and social support
Mentor care staff
Input information on our systems
Office/ on call cover as required
Job Requirements:
QCF/NVQ level 2/3 in Adult Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
Previous care experience is essential
IT skills are essential
Capacity to understand and take account of the needs and difficulties of people who experience physical and mental health problems.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to positively engage clients.
Experience of supervising staff is required.
Driving license and access to own vehicle is essential.
Live within the area of job role
This role will require candidates to work alternate weekends. Working days and guaranteed hours can be negotiable.
Part-time (16+) up to Full-time positions available.
