A reputable and growing contractor is looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor due to recent project wins in the City.
These are complex structures schemes going up to the value of £100m.
Senior Quantity Surveyor applicants must be able to oversee their own schemes of £20m+, have experience in working on structures projects (basements/RC) and have worked for self-delivering contractors.
This role would suit a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is looking to join a busy, growing contractor in what seems to be a quiet market.
