Our client, a well established and respected regional law firm are looking for an experienced family law solicitor to join their team. The firm offer a huge amount of support, great benefits including a generous holiday allowance and also flexible working.
The role would offer a varied case load focusing on all aspects of family law with an existing caseload and the firm also provide fantastic opportunities for progression.
For this role you would need:
A sound knowledge and experience in all aspects of private family law including divorce and separation including financial arrangements (by agreement/consent or contested proceedings), pre and post nuptial/registration agreements, cohabitation agreements and cohabitee disputes and issues relating to children. To be highly organised, familiar with regulatory compliance procedures, Lexcel and ISO standards. To maintain billing levels in accordance with agreed targets. Great IT skills and be able to use case management systems and software. To be a team player and a safe pair of hands who understands the importance of developing and maintaining excellent client relationships and client care. To be proactive with a keen interest in looking for and capturing new business together with developing the team.
