Overview

Located over the bridge from Kingston upon Thames, we are one of the leading suppliers of office and support staff across London and Surrey including supplying Contact Centres, PA’s, Secretarial, Customer Services, Sales Marketing, Finance and IT staff.

The Role

As a Resourcer you will be an integral member of the team, providing support to the Recruitment Consultants whilst being committed to offering the highest standards of service to both our clients and candidates. This position has excellent opportunity to develop into a Recruitment Consultant quickly.

Duties

• Proactive sourcing of CV’s through database searching
• Creating and optimising job adverts
• Arranging interviews
• Post adverts on to a number of job boards
• Liaising with candidates and providing the highest standard of customer service
• Working closely with clients to ensure successful resolutions of campaigns
• Answering the telephone
• Use of CRM system
• CV screening and filtering

Who are we looking for?

• As a Resourcer, you will need to demonstrate proven transferable skills in a recruitment role.
• A recent Graduate
• Highly organised and proactive
• Ability to work well with in a team whilst also being able to work independently without supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• IT Literate with knowledge of Microsoft programs
• Friendly and Personable
• Efficient and proactive
