As a Software Test Analyst, you will be responsible for:

Crafting test plans and test cases.
Collaborating closely with Business Analysts and development teams to help define acceptance criteria and ensure seamless user experiences.
Executing test cases, identifying and escalating bugs, and ensuring their swift resolution.
Guiding stakeholders through the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, providing comprehensive documentation and hands-on training.
Proactively contributing to the evolution of our testing processes, always striving for excellence.
Representing our organization with passion, professionalism, and expertise in interactions with internal and external partners.
Harnessing the power of tools such as SQL, Azure DevOps, and Service Now to enhance the efficiency of our testing practices.
Spotting opportunities to automate testing and streamline the delivery process.

The successful candidate will have a degree; preferably in an IT related subject, or equivalent relevant experience.
