Senior Associate (Dispute Resolution)

Location: Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire

Salary: £55k - £70k + Excellent Benefits

The Client:

The Role:

As a Senior Associate in a commercial & property litigation team, you will provide expert advice and representation, maintaining high professional standards contributing to departmental growth.

Duties:

• Strategise and evaluate solutions for complex legal issues.
• Assume responsibility for case outcomes and financial management.
• Manage client complaints and take accountability when necessary.
• Supervise debt management and mentor associates towards financial objectives.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives and foster external relationships.
• Mentor junior staff and support team development.
• Collaborate with operational board to implement departmental initiatives.

Requirements:

• Previously worked as a Dispute Resolution Solicitor, Legal Executive,or in a similar role.
• Possess at least 7 years' PQE.
• Qualified as a chartered legal executive or solicitor.
• Extensive experience in Dispute Resolution work
• Strong drafting and client relationship skills.
